病気の母と二人暮らしをしている主人公のヤエコ。しかし母は重い病気。
ヤエコは母を助けるために山奥にある、何でも治してしまう秘薬をめぐり、旅に出る。
しかし山の道にはたくさんの危険が待っている。
まだ若いヤエコに襲い掛かる、危ない魔物、怪物。
しかし秘薬は上の世界のあちこちにある薬草たちも調合して作る必要があるとわかり、それを採りに冒険が続く。
山奥、雪山、海、天海、宇宙へ続く山など多彩な5ステージ。
ボスが複数いるステージがあります。
波動砲、衝撃波、テレポート戦、など、派手な戦い満載です。
敵は約30種類です。
各ステージのボスを倒すとボスが使う強力な技などを習得できます。
ほうきで空を飛ぶ、瞬間移動、波動砲、衝撃波など、どんどんヤエコが強くなっていきます。
技を駆使してステージを進み、敵やボスを倒します。
アイテム回収によって最終エンドが変わり、おまけエッチ動画も複数出現します。
